Both sizes are Beneficial for Consumers or Hairstylist that likes to cut off the access lace around the ears to match perfectly with the hairline. The Average Woman human head size from ear to ear is between 11~12 inches, therefore we offer two distinct sizes for Additional customization. If unsure of the correct frontal size to purchase, we recommend taking your ear-to-ear measurements following the steps below:

1.Get a flexible measuring Tape.

2.Take the Measuring Tape in (inches) and place it on top of the root of your ear/sideburn.

3.Hold the first end of the Measuring tape down on top of the root of your ear/sideburn.

4.Slide the Measuring tape Across the front of your head flatly, exactly where you will place the front of your frontal either Directly on your hairline, or 1/2 inch above your Hairline.

5.Once you get to the opposite ear/sideburn of the head, hold down second end of the measuring tape, then pull the tape off of your head.

6. Decide if you would need the 11.5x6 or 12x6 frontal based off of the Instructions stated above to best fit your needs.

7.MEASURE 3 TIMES FOR ACCURACY!

Hair Specialist advice: If your ear-to-ear most accurate measurement are 11.5 or less purchase the 11.5x6 Frontal, if your ear-to-ear are measuring more than 11.5 inches purchase the 12x6 Frontal.
